An evening on the best "balcony" of Athens, at Manuca in Ermou str., with my good friend Sommelier Vassilis Papadopoulos, with the "Greek" dishes and wines and the incredible view of 270 degrees, that gives you the impression that if you stretch your arms you will touch at the same time both the Acropolis and Lycabettus. !
All the "good" things together, circular from top to bottom and to the right: The Acropolis, Assyrtiko of Gaia - unpaid despite its age! -a dish of fresh tuna steak breaded with black currant and wild sautéed greens and confit cherry tomatoes, and my good friend Manto… the most “natural” wine taster I have ever met!
